1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses at LangStyleBridge or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course fees must be paid in advance. We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and credit cards. Refunds are available according to our refund policy outlined below.

3. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance is essential for successful language learning. Students are expected to attend at least 80% of classes to be eligible for course completion certificates.

4. Refund Policy

• Full refund available if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment and before the course starts
• 50% refund available if cancelled within the first week of classes
• No refund after the second week of classes
• Medical emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including textbooks, audio files, and digital resources, remain the property of LangStyleBridge and may not be shared or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LangStyleBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
